Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by email at contact@dash-drop.me before the cancellation period expires.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
• Include proof of purchase or order number.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned.

Original standard delivery charges will also be refunded where required by applicable consumer law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable period of receiving the item.

Where applicable, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any reasonable return shipping costs.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the item where possible

Please do not return items without first contacting us for return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Personalised or custom-made products
• Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been removed after delivery
• Perishable goods
• Digital content once download or streaming has begun with your prior consent
