Payment must be successfully authorised before goods are dispatched.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you promptly to offer:

10. Delivery

We currently deliver within Greece.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

Delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, strikes or events beyond our control do not entitle customers to compensation.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership transfers only after full payment has been received.

11. Inspection of Goods

Customers should inspect goods promptly upon delivery.

Any missing, damaged or incorrect items should be reported within a reasonable time after receipt.

Failure to notify us promptly may affect our ability to investigate claims with shipping providers, although it will not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Consumers purchasing online have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without giving any reason, except where exemptions under applicable law apply.

Returned goods must be:

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

graphics;
photographs;
product descriptions;
software;
designs;
branding;

belongs to Dreamer, Maker, Taker Ltd or its licensors.

No content may be copied or reused without written permission.

17. Customer Accounts

Customers may purchase using guest checkout or by creating an account.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

We may suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
